Convenient location close to my event and other amenities in the area. The food at the venue was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from.- The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing good customer service.
The check-in process was confusing and there was no signage indicating where the reception was located. The cleanliness of the room was subpar, with stained bedspreads and dirty glasses and cups.

Friendly staff, convenient location near shopping plaza. the hotel rooms were detached from the main building which provided a bit of privacy. the prompt return of the key deposit was appreciated.
The hotel was noisy with late-night patrons leaving the pub. the rooms were not the cleanest and in need of updating.
